These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiliok ("jiliok," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jiliok online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at jiliok.live and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces.
By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on jiliok, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules that may apply. Eligibility & Registration
To register and maintain an account on jiliok, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
- You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing jiliok from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of jiliok or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jiliok or any affiliated platform.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and keep that information current at all times.
During registration, you will be required to provide a valid email address, a secure password, and certain personal identification details. jiliok may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to submit supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. This may include a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, or a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account.
jiliok reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee access to all features of the platform, as certain games or promotions may have additional eligibility requirements.
Account Responsibilities
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on jiliok at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jiliok account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. jiliok will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- You must notify jiliok immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- You must not allow any other person to use your account to place wagers or access your funds.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
- You must keep your registered email address and contact details up to date at all times.
- You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the jiliok platform.
jiliok monitors account activity for signs of suspicious behavior, including but not limited to unusual login patterns, rapid sequential deposits and withdrawals, and coordinated play across multiple accounts. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jiliok are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). jiliok supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jiliok's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by jiliok, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are generally credited to your jiliok account instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider.
- Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three business days.
- Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID and proof of ownership of your payment method.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- jiliok does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
jiliok reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or a violation of applicable law. In such cases, jiliok will notify the affected player and provide an opportunity to respond before any final action is taken.
Bonuses & Promotions
jiliok offers various bonuses, promotions, free credits, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
- Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
- Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not met within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
- Game Contributions: Different games may contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
- Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round or hand may apply. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Game Rules & Fair Play

- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to the player's account.

- Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in jiliok's games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiliok platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering or using jiliok if you are under 21 years of age.
- Creating or operating more than one jiliok account.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
- Using jiliok for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with jiliok's games or platform.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in jiliok's platform or games.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access jiliok's source code or proprietary systems.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward jiliok staff or other players.
- Using jiliok's platform to facilitate any activity that violates applicable Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiliok platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiliok, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jiliok platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the jiliok platform.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the jiliok service.
- Losses resulting from events beyond jiliok's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
jiliok's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliok account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Privacy & Data
jiliok collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jiliok, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The personal data we collect includes, but is not limited to: your name, date of birth, email address, contact number, residential address, government-issued ID details, payment method information, and gaming activity records. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the jiliok platform.

Termination

- Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
- You have engaged in any prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
- Continued operation of your account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jiliok.
- You have requested self-exclusion under our responsible gaming program.
Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests for legitimately won funds will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any required identity verification. Funds associated with bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or Terms violations may be forfeited.
You may also close your jiliok account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
jiliok operates its online gaming platform in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of jiliok is lawful in their jurisdiction. jiliok makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
